De acordo com a Lei de Diretrizes e Bases (Lei no 9.394/96), o dever do Estado com a educação escolar pública será efetivado mediante a garantia, dentre outras, de
O Conselho Escolar, de acordo com a Lei no 6.662/1991, tem como objetivo, dentre outros,
A Lei Municipal no 9.953/1998 dispõe sobre a instalação e o funcionamento de elevadores de passageiros e escadas rolantes.

I. elevadores de passageiros ou de cargas e escadas rolantes somente poderão funcionar com o correspondente Alvará de Funcionamento.
II. o proprietário do equipamento de transporte deverá manter cópia dos diagramas elétricos à disposição na casa de máquinas.
III. o Engenheiro responsável pela instalação ou conservação de elevadores de passageiros deverá estar inscrito na Prefeitura Municipal de Campinas.
IV. caso haja mudança de Engenheiro responsável pela instalação ou conservação de elevadores de passageiros, a empresa devidamente habilitada (para a instalação ou conservação dos elevadores) deverá comunicar o fato ao Departamento de Urbanismo da Prefeitura Municipal de Campinas no prazo de 60 dias.

Criadores e legados
Dando alguns como aceitável que a nossa vida possa ser considerada um absurdo, já que ela existe para culminar na morte, parece-lhes ainda mais absurda quando se considera o caso dos grandes criadores, dos artistas, dos pensadores.
