How to prepare well for an interview
It’s important to be well prepared for a job interview and practice the best answers to possible questions an interviewer could ask. It is common for the interviewer to ask why you are unemployed, why you want to work in that company, what you know about it and what salary you are looking for. Some interviewers can ask questions about current affairs in Brazil and the world (so it is always good to be well informed).

Help me leave behind some

Atmospheric Physics is the study of physical processes in the atmosphere; understanding the
climate and the weather, and the physical reasons __________ it is as it is and how it might
change in the future.
My own particular research background is in radiative transfer and I mean the
transport of electromagnetic radiation through the atmosphere; the Sun’s
radiation coming in, getting absorbed and scattered in the air, and the transfer of heat radiation
emitted by the Earth’s surface.
From a physics perspective there’s an awful lot of things about the atmosphere
that we don’t understand, and of course, it’s very classical physics in the that it’s
looking at fluid dynamics and thermodynamics applied to the natural environment. What
motivates us really is to try and explain what we see in the environment, what it
and what might change it in the future, both in of local weather but also climate,
by I mean larger areas and larger timescales.
My background has led me to an interest in how solar radiation in the
atmosphere, so at how changes in the Sun might affect the climate for the past
year.

Brazilian Forces Claim Victory in Gang Haven
RIO DE JANEIRO - In a quick and decisive military operation, Brazilian security forces took control of this city’s most notorious slum on Sunday, celebrating victory over drug gangs after a weeklong battle.
In the early afternoon, the military police raised the flags of Brazil and Rio de Janeiro atop a building on the highest hill in the Alemão shantytown complex, providing a rare moment of happiness and celebration in a decades-long battle to rid this city’s violent slums of drug gangs.
An air of calm and relief swept through the neighborhood, as residents opened their windows and began walking the streets. Dozens of children ran from their houses in shorts and bikinis to jump into a swimming pool that used to belong to a gang leader. Residents congregated around televisions in bars and restaurants, cheering for the police as if they were cheering for their favorite soccer teams. “Now the community is ours,” Jovelino Ferreira, a 60-year-old pastor, said, his eyes filling with tears. “This time it will be different. We have to have faith. Many people who didn’t deserve have suffered here.”
