Dear Mr. Pereira,  

On December 21st 2022 I bought a 55” Beta TV at your store. I paid $ 2,500 with credit card for it, and had the store send it to my house. The TV was delivered the following morning at 10:00.

Unfortunately, your TV was short of a remote control and it was scratched on the lower left corner of the screen. Such problems, along with the fact that the box was not properly sealed, suggested that I was sold a brand new TV but had a used one delivered to my house.  

I wrote an e-mail two hours after the delivery complaining about the TV and demanding a new one to the Customer Service of your store. I was told the problem would be solved, but no one has contacted me ever since. 

To resolve the problem, I would like your store to deliver a new TV to my house and take yours back. I would also be more than happy to have a refund for the device. 

I am looking forward to your reply and the solution to my problem one way or another. I am willing to wait until the end of the week before pursuing other means to solve this issue.
