seu caminho.
O tom de queixa parece algo típico de um encontro como
esse.
Em pleno século 21, as sociedades desenvolvidas
aceitam este tipo de atitude como uma forma rotineira de
interação social.
De fato, é muito frequente ouvir reclamações sobre o
trânsito, o clima, o trabalho ou as dificuldades
econômicas. Para muitos, é algo inofensivo e até
terapêutico, já que serve de alívio emocional.
Mas já foi demonstrado que o lamento crônico traz
impactos significativos para a saúde mental, emocional e
até física − tanto de quem reclama quanto de quem ouve
as queixas.

Abordaremos aqui a expressão recorrente de
insatisfação, frustração ou mal-estar, causada por
situações percebidas como negativas. Este é um

foi desenhado para identificar ameaças e problemas, o
que explica por que é tão fácil se fixar no negativo e
porque algumas pessoas se queixam mais do que
outras.
Trata-se de um mecanismo evolutivo de função
protetora: o cérebro tende a se fixar no negativo porque
isso permitia que se enfrentasse um perigo real e
