Miranda v. Arizona (1966)
Ernesto Miranda, a Mexican immigrant living in Phoenix, Arizona, was identified in a police lineup by a woman, who accused him of kidnapping and raping her. High Mobility
America's extensive transportation network is an important element in its high level of economic interaction. Goods and people move freely within and between regions of the country.
